We currently only deliver to the UK. If you order an E-scooter, we offer next working day delivery if your order is placed before 12pm GMT).
If you order an electric bike the delivery is 5-10 days, depending if you would like your bike built, please call the shop on 01803 302337 to clarify your requirements.
Please be aware that some of our products have warranties that are void if the scooter has been damaged due to water penetrating the battery. However, we always advise that you consult the instruction manual on your scooter for specific weather capabilities.
If a scooter is waterproof it will state so on our website or in the manual.
In general, always try and keep the battery dry.
When storing your scooter, always keep it in a dry place, away from any flammable materials.
When you are not using your scooter frequently, make sure that you charge it every 3 months for around 30 minutes.
While legislation is continually being updated, currently you are legally able to ride your scooter on private property. However, we advise you check with your local council, as each council is taking their own stance on where you can ride e-Scooters.
Each electric scooter's charge time will vary. Please refer to the relevant product page for information on individual scooters.
If your electric scooter gets a puncture there are a couple of things you can do:
- Replace the tyre yourself by ordering one through E-ridez and following the instruction manual from your electric scooter manufacturer and fit it yourself.
- You can bring your scooter into the E-ridez workshop and we can order and fit a replacement for you, or advise on the best course of action.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, PayPal Credit Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna.
We offer free next working day delivery throughout the UK, when ordered before 12pm.
For example, if you order after midday on a Monday, you will receive your scooter on Wednesday.
If you order on a weekend, you will receive your item the following Tuesday.
All of E-ridez scooters come with a UK warranty as standard. The length of warranty varies by brand and is detailed in each product listing.
If for any reason you are unsure of your warranty period, please contact us at support@eridez.co.uk.
Warranty includes the display, controller, motor and charger against manufacturing and material defects, and works on a replacement basis. Batteries are covered for manufacturer defects only. Warranties are Non-Transferrable and valid only with the original receipt of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: We only accept returns in the item's original box, this includes warranty issues. Warranty is invalid if you do not have the original box your item came in.
Warranty is void where any work is carried out on the product by an unauthorised party unless agreed with by E-ridez. Warranty is NON-Transferrable.
There are also some exclusions that we’d like you to be aware of:
- External damage such as broken parts or general wear and tear items such as tyres and brakes
- Consumable wearing fittings, such as brakes and tyres
- Parts with physical damages, incomplete or broken cable connections
- Misuse, modification, negligence and use of the scooter in wet conditions
- Professional and hire use
- Water damage to the scooter, including water damage to the battery
It is the customer's responsiblity to return the purchased item to our store if they have an issue with the item, the item will then be tested to see if it is covered under warranty.
When your order is delivered we recommend you keep all the packaging including the delivery box. When the order arrives and before use carefully inspect the product without removing tags or seals to ensure the item has all parts present and has been delivered undamaged.

Please read the manual provided before riding for the first time. Chargers and how to use them may differ from brand to another it might sound silly but chargers are a key part of the correct maintenance of your vehicle.
If you want to return your purchase:
You have 15 days to cancel your order under our 15 day return period, which starts on the day after you received the item. All you’ll need to do is follow our simple returns procedure, outlined below.
All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you.
Please ensure all security seals and tags are still intact.
We can’t accept any product that has signs of use under any circumstances.
You can open the box and change your mind about the colour or whether you’re confident enough to ride it, but we do not accept scooters that have been ridden before being returned.
For all other returns please contact us first via email support@eridez.co.uk, letting us know the reason for the return.
Read our full Returns Procedure:
- Contact our returns department via email: support@eridez.co.uk including your order number, name and reason for return
- Package the item securely and include the order number inside the package
- Any item you have accepted and then return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
- As soon as the item is back with us and has undergone routine checks, we’ll be able to take your case further and either exchange, repair or refund your item as agreed.
- If you arrange the delivery you will need prove that it has been collected by the courier. This will be a signature by the driver or a scanned label on the box. The customer must bear the cost of return shipping.
- We are not liable for any scooters lost or damaged in transit.
- We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment.
We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.
The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the cost of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.
We will make any refunds due to you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
